Delivery Policy: We currently deliver within Singapore only.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional charges may apply for redelivery due to incorrect addresses.
Returns and Refunds: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, sanitary napkins and feminine hygiene products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
- The wrong item was delivered - The product was damaged upon delivery
The item received is defective:
